Top Guns come to ABLE
Maverick and Goose have joined the team at ABLE. Sorry to disappoint but it’s not Tom Cruise and Anthony Edwards...
Our Maverick and Goose are two rabbits, and as far as we know, they haven't got their pilots licenses! However, they are proving to be a popular addition to the ABLE team, with staff, visitors and volunteers alike all making time to help them settle in.
At the moment they spend their days in a run (specially built for them by the Able2Build trainees) and their nights in the workshop, safe from predators and the cold.
Eggs for Easter?
More livestock will be taking up residence at ABLE when the chicken run is completed. Work is progressing well and it should soon be ready for the some local chickens to move in. Hopefully in time for Easter!
We hope that both the chickens and the rabbits will become valuable additions to the ABLE experience.
